Snowdonia is famous as the place "where the mountains meet the sea", and is unique in that craggy mountain ranges, crystal-clear lakes, waterfalls and pristine beaches are all within this small area of outstanding beauty.

Additional attractions such as castles, gardens, steam trains and mines, but to name a few, are also on offer in the area.

There are far too many places to see, and things to do, to list on this site, but Lauraine and Simon have compiled their "Top 10" based on having lived in the area since 1989.
