3 night short breaks are occasionally available at 75% of the weekly rate (any start day that does not straddle 2 weeks)

and are payable in full at time of booking.

“SPECIAL OFFER MIDWEEK BREAK” – 4 nights for the price of 3 on weekday breaks; Tuesday arrival to Saturday morning departure – same terms and conditions apply.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Bookings are from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure

Bookings are regarded as confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the weekly rate.  The balance is due not later than 6 weeks before the beginning of the holiday.  Short breaks are payable in full at time of booking.

Non-payment of the amount due by the required date will be regarded as a cancellation and the owners are entitled to re-let the accommodation.

Visitors agree to leave the property in the same condition at the end of the stay as they found it at the beginning.
